Effective 29 July 2026

This policy explains what personal information Invexa Technologies collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than in the smallest font we could find.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us, plus a minimal amount of technical data:

  • Information you submit. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message.
  • Application information. If you apply for a role, we receive the contents of your application and any documents you attach.
  • Technical data. Standard server request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, retained for security and diagnostics.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, ever.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We store a single value in your browser's local storage — your light or dark theme preference — so the site does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit. It never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, deliver services to you.
  • To assess job applications.
  • To keep the site secure and diagnose faults.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and compliance with legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Applications are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client project records are retained for as long as the engagement requires plus any statutory retention period. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, and form processing — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. They are bound by contract to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where legally required.

Where it is processed

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Client engagements with data residency requirements are handled under the terms of that engagement, which take precedence over this policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Exercise any of these by writing to[email protected]. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you for it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and audit logging on systems holding personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we design as though a breach would be our fault — because it would be.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
