About Invexa
What is Invexa Technologies?
Invexa Technologies is a B2B software engineering company based in Bengaluru, India. We build and run production software for fintech, hospitality, inventory, healthcare, education, and audit management, along with the AI and voice agents that sit on top of those systems.
Is Invexa Technologies related to the other companies called Invexa?
No. Several unrelated organisations share the name Invexa, including a listed financial holding company and a number of investment and cryptocurrency platforms. We are Invexa Technologies, a software engineering firm in Bengaluru, India, and our only website is invexatechnologies.com. We have no affiliation with any financial services, investment, or digital-asset business using a similar name, and we do not offer investment products of any kind.
Where is Invexa based, and who do you work with?
We are based in Bengaluru, India, working Mon–Fri, 09:30–18:30 IST, and we take on clients worldwide. Engagements run remotely by default, with the same written cadence regardless of timezone.
How do I get in touch with Invexa?
Email [email protected]. That address reaches the people who would actually do the work, not a sales queue.
Engagements
How do projects usually start?
With a paid scoping week. We work through your constraints, existing systems, and the parts that will actually be hard, and produce a written plan with an estimate. You own that document whether or not you continue with us.
What is the minimum engagement?
The scoping week stands alone. After that, the smallest build we take on is about six weeks — below that we cannot get something meaningful into production, and we would rather not take the money.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Often. Roughly half our work is on systems someone else built. We do not require a rewrite, and we will usually argue against one.
Will you tell us if the project is a bad idea?
Yes, and it happens. The scoping week exists partly for this. We would rather lose a build than ship something we think will fail.
Working together
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository, on your infrastructure, under your accounts. There is no licensing arrangement and nothing is held back.
How involved does our team need to be?
More than most agencies ask for. We want at least one of your engineers in the codebase from the start — reviewing pull requests, not just receiving demos. Handover fails when the receiving team meets the code at the end.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You get runbooks, architecture documentation, and a handover period where your team leads and we answer questions. We can stay on a retainer for support, but the system is built so that you do not need us to.
How do you communicate?
A shared channel for daily work, a written weekly summary, and a demo every two weeks. No status meetings that could have been a document.
Technical
What is your stack?
TypeScript, Python, and Go on the backend; Postgres as the default datastore; Astro and React on the front end. Deliberately boring choices with long support horizons and large hiring pools.
Do you do AI work, or is that a bolt-on?
It is a full product line. We build agents, RAG pipelines, and voice systems — including the parts people skip: eval harnesses, cost ceilings, scoped credentials, and escalation to a human.
How do you handle compliance and data residency?
It shapes the architecture rather than following it. For healthcare and fintech work we design around consent, least-privilege access, audit logging, and residency requirements from the first schema.
Do you write tests?
Yes, and our estimates include them. We do not chase a coverage number; we test the logic where being wrong is expensive.
Commercial
How do you price?
Fixed price for the scoping week. After that, monthly for a dedicated team. We do not bill hourly — it rewards the wrong behaviour on both sides.
What if the scope changes?
It will. We re-plan at each two-week boundary and tell you what a change costs before it is made, not after.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
Occasionally, in part, for work we would want to do anyway. It is not the default and we will not lead with it.
