Lead Management

Sales ops

  • Multi-source capture
  • Pipeline stages
  • Follow-up automation
  • Activity trail

Pipeline tracking and follow-up for inbound and outbound motion, in one place.

Problem
Leads arrive from a dozen channels and go cold in the gap between capture and first reply. The real pipeline state usually lives in someone’s memory or a spreadsheet nobody else opens.
Approach
One capture path for every source, stage transitions recorded as timestamped events rather than an overwritten status field, and follow-up prompts driven by what actually changed on a lead instead of a fixed cadence.

Portfolio — Stock Trade & Options System

Fintech

  • Trade ledger
  • Options strategies
  • P&L attribution
  • Position history

Trade tracking and options strategy tooling across equity and derivative positions.

Problem
Positions and option legs are easy to record and hard to reconstruct. The P&L number is right until someone asks how it got there — then the running totals and the trade history disagree.
Approach
Trades are append-only events and positions are derived from them, so exposure, realised P&L, and leg-level history are all queries against one ledger rather than three separately maintained numbers.

SEO Management System

Marketing

  • Rank tracking
  • Content audits
  • Technical crawl
  • Change history

Rank tracking, content audits, and technical crawl health in one dashboard.

Problem
Rank, content quality, and technical health are typically three tools that disagree with each other, and none of them can tell you what changed the week a page dropped.
Approach
Scheduled crawl and rank snapshots stored as time series rather than a current-state table, so a ranking change can be lined up against the deploy or content edit that preceded it.

Audit Management Software

Compliance

  • Control library
  • Evidence vault
  • Findings workflow
  • Immutable trail

Controls, evidence, and findings on one trail — attributable and immutable.

Problem
Preparing for a review usually means reconstructing months of history out of email threads and shared drives, and hoping the version you found is the version that was approved.
Approach
An append-only evidence store mapped to a control library, with findings that carry their own lifecycle — so preparing for a review is running a report, not an excavation.

Hotel Inventory Management System

Hospitality

  • Par levels
  • Consumption tracking
  • Procurement
  • Multi-property

Stock, consumables, and procurement tracking built for property operations.

Problem
Property stock — linen, consumables, F&B, maintenance parts — gets counted late, ordered on instinct, and reconciled at month end, by which point the variance is unexplainable.
Approach
Every movement is an event against a location, so par levels, consumption rates, and reorder points are derived from real usage instead of estimated from last quarter.

ML Forecasting System

Data

  • Demand forecasting
  • Backtesting
  • Drift monitoring
  • Reporting API

Demand and trend forecasting productionised behind a plain reporting layer.

Problem
A forecast nobody can interrogate is a number nobody trusts. Models also drift quietly once they leave the notebook, and the first sign is usually a decision made on a stale prediction.
Approach
Versioned models behind a plain reporting layer, with backtests and drift checks on a schedule — so every forecast ships with its own track record attached.

Future projects

On the roadmap

Scoped, not started. These are the lines we expect to build next — several of them because a client engagement kept asking for them.

Planned

Voice Agents

Phone agents that book, confirm, and escalate, with a full transcript trail.

AI

Planned

Personal Agentic Workflows

Task-executing agents wired into a person’s own tools, not a shared org account.

AI

Planned

Analytics Software

Cross-product reporting and dashboards over the systems already in build.

Data

Planned

Internal Management Tools

Ops tooling built for how Invexa itself runs, then generalised where it holds up.

Ops

Planned

CRM / ERP Tools

Customer and resource management scoped to how mid-size teams actually work.

Business

Planned

EdTech Platforms

Course delivery, cohorts, and assessments built for results-day concurrency.

Education

Want to build alongside one of these?

Several of these started as a client engagement that outgrew a single company. If one of them is your problem too, that is usually a good conversation.
